A Temporary Residence Permit is for work in Estonia for up to five years. Labour market testing is required, except in the case of qualifying top specialists, experts, advisers, consultants, managers and supervisors. Foreign nationals can work in Estonia for up to twelve months (longer, in some cases) without a residence permit, with the registration of short-term employment process. The EU Blue Card for highly skilled employees and the EU Intra-Company Transfer Permit are also available.
