The Temporary Residence Permit (Employment) is issued for locally hired foreign nationals for 12 months, renewable up to four years, and is subject to labour market testing. Very senior or key staff transferred or hired locally by international companies are not subject to labour market testing and may qualify for long-term or permanent residence. The Intra-Company Transfer Permit is also available.
