The Non-Quota Work Permit for Intra-Company Transferee applies to intra-company or joint-venture transfers of up to five years, in a highly specialised or managerial or position.

The EU Blue Card for highly skilled employees and the EU Intra-Company Transfer Permit are also available.

The Foreign Service Provider process for non-affiliated companies applies to employees transferred to provide a temporary service for a company in Italy based on a service agreement. when the sending and receiving companies are not part of the same group of companies; or if the sending entity has no presence in Italy; or if the assignee is going to work at the sending entity’s client site in Italy.
